Elk jaar ontwikkelt en test de innovatiepool verschillende <strong><em>proofs of concept<\/em><\/strong> om nieuwe oplossingen te verkennen.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025 hebben twee projecten een belangrijke mijlpaal bereikt en werden ze <strong>ge\u00efndustrialiseerd<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mobi 2.0<\/strong>, de chatbot die bedoeld is om de informatie en ondersteuning voor reizigers te verbeteren, is het allereerste grootschalige generatieve AI-project van NMBS dat gericht is op klantenservice. Het dient als blauwdruk voor toekomstige AI-toepassingen binnen het bedrijf. Met deze tool bouwt NMBS verder aan een moderne, betrouwbare en klantgerichte dienstverlening. De technologie staat klaar voor verdere uitbreiding, zowel qua functionaliteiten als kanalen, en vormt een fundament voor toekomstige toepassingen van artifici\u00eble intelligentie binnen het bedrijf. Mobi 2.0 werd uitgeroepen tot de 4<sup>e<\/sup> beste bot van Belgi\u00eb tijdens de jaarlijkse evaluatie van Campfire. Met een score van 46\/50 bevestigt dit de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van onze digitale dienstverlening.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobiele <\/strong>informatieschermen, ingezet tijdens eenmalige evenementen zoals het Pukkelpop-festival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gesterkt door de resultaten van 2025 zal NMBS haar inspanningen de komende jaren voortzetten om<strong> de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te verbeteren, de modernisering van het materieel te versnellen en innovatieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen ten dienste van de reizigers.<\/strong> <strong>In 2026 en 2027 <\/strong>ligt de focus op het consolideren van de prestaties, het verbeteren van de klantervaring en het voortzetten van investeringen die het Belgische spoor klaarstomen voor de uitdagingen van duurzame mobiliteit.<\/p>\n","centre":false},{"acf_fc_layout":"media","media":"image","image":2818,"rive":"","size":"small","zoomable":false}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
