Die aanpak maakte het mogelijk om de evolutie doorheen de tijd te volgen en om het aanbod en de diensten waar nodig aan te passen, maar ze weerspiegelde de actuele en re\u00eble reisgewoonten niet langer voldoende.<\/p>\n<p>De laatste jaren zijn <strong>de mobiliteitsgewoonten sterk ge\u00ebvolueerd door de algemene toepassing van telewerk<\/strong>. Voor de coronacrisis had slechts 40% van de houders van een woon-werkabonnement recht op telewerk, en dan ging het gemiddeld om \u00e9\u00e9n dag per week. Vandaag <strong>mag meer dan 70% van de abonnees telewerken, en de meerderheid daarvan heeft recht op drie telewerkdagen per week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tegelijkertijd zijn de digitale verkoopkanalen sterk gegroeid en zijn er nieuwe, flexibelere en activeerbare abonnementsformules ge\u00efntroduceerd.<\/p>\n<p>In deze context heeft NMBS haar methode voor het meten van het aantal reizigers steeds verder verfijnd. Het historische berekeningssysteem, dat ontworpen was voor voltijdse abonnementen en uitgaat van een forfaitair aantal ritten per abonnementhouder, is niet langer representatief. De verfijnde methode maakt meer gebruik van <strong>de mogelijkheden die recente technologische ontwikkelingen bieden<\/strong>, zoals de toegenomen digitalisering van de ticketverkoop en de activatie van digitale vervoersbewijzen. Een flexibel abonnement moet bijvoorbeeld door de reiziger geactiveerd worden voor de reis, wat veel nauwkeurigere gegevens oplevert.<\/p>\n<p>Het rekenmodel maakt het onder meer mogelijk beter te meten hoeveel reizigers welke trein nemen, met welk type vervoersbewijs en tussen welke stations. Het biedt dus een gedetailleerder beeld van de reizigersstromen, waarbij ook de bestemmingen en de klantsegmenten (woon\u2011werk, woon-school, vrije tijd) gekend zijn, en waarbij er een onderscheid kan worden gemaakt tussen rechtstreekse reizen en aansluitingen.<\/p>\n<p>NMBS zal deze methode blijven aanvullen met fysieke tellingen, enqu\u00eates onder de reizigers en bijkomende technologische oplossingen om het model en de ramingen steeds meer te verfijnen.<\/p>\n","centre":false},{"acf_fc_layout":"media","media":"image","image":2790,"rive":"","size":"small","zoomable":false}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
